WHO WE ARE
We are a full-carcass butchery located in the North-End of beautiful Kelowna BC.
We only work with local farmers that are working the right way: Raising animals humanely, free to roam in the open air and feeding them real clean food (free of antibiotics, steroids and hormones).
We transform everything in house using only ingredients we can pronounce (i.e. no weird additives or chemicals)
Our mission is simple : Provide ethically sourced, responsibly raised meat that supports both animal welfare and sustainable farming practices.
